BuildARifle.com is an informational and configuration platform that allows users to browse rifle and firearm accessory catalogs, build and customize virtual firearm configurations, save and share builds, and access pricing information and affiliate links to third-party retailers.

We are not a firearms dealer, retailer, or manufacturer. We do not sell firearms, ammunition, or firearm accessories directly. All purchases are completed through third-party retailers via affiliate links.

4. Affiliate Disclosure

7. User-Generated Content

By creating a Build, you represent that the build name and associated content does not violate any applicable law and does not contain offensive, hateful, threatening, or illegal content. We reserve the right to remove any Build or content that violates these Terms without notice.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on BuildARifle.com is the property of Prime Media Group LLC or its licensors and is protected by United States copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes.

9. Third-Party Links and Retailers

The Site contains links to third-party websites and retailers. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for their content, privacy policies, or practices. Transactions you complete with third-party retailers are solely between you and that retailer. We are not a party to any such transaction.

10. Disclaimers

13. Build Data and Privacy

Builds created on BuildARifle.com are stored on our servers and accessible to anyone with the build URL. Build ownership is managed via a unique secret token stored in your browser's local storage. If you lose access to this token, you may lose the ability to edit your build. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

14. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Site after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Minnesota.
