DMCA Policy

Overview

3. Counter-Notification

If you believe that content you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing:

1. Your physical or electronic signature
2. Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and where it appeared on the Site
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
4. Your name, address, telephone number, email address, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if outside the United States, any judicial district in which we may be found)

4. Repeat Infringers

It is our policy to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.

5. Product Images and Manufacturer Content

Product images displayed on BuildARifle.com are used for editorial and informational purposes. If you are a manufacturer or rights holder and believe your content is being used improperly, please contact us directly at Info@buildarifle.com before filing a formal DMCA notice. Many issues can be resolved quickly through direct communication.
